How long does it takes to ship?
All orders are usually processed within 96
hours (4 business days; which fall between Monday to Friday). We do not process orders on weekends or Japanese national holidays. Please note that the shipping method does not impact the handling time of orders, meaning orders using Express shipping will not receive priority treatment or faster handling time. Once your order is on the way, we will let you know via email.
How long will shipping take?
We offer 2 types of shipping so far: Regular and Express.
Regular International Shipping: We will ship by Japan Post, it will arrive in 3 to 5 weeks after shipment.
Express International Shipping: We will ship by either FedEx, DHL or EMS, it will arrive in 5 to 10 days after shipment.
Potential delays caused by customs are not included in the estimated shipping time. If you live in a country with strict customs, please factor in some additional time for customs clearance. In some cases, shipping and handling can take longer, especially during high seasons like Christmas or New Year.
If a shipment is taking considerably longer than expected to arrive, please have your tracking number handy and get in touch with our support team and your local post office. In some cases the tracking status doesn't get updated properly even though your shipment is already at the post office or stuck at the customs inspection.
All product especially the figures defects/damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving the items.
Please contact us immediately if there is anything wrong with the products you have received. We generally only accept returns for defective or damaged items. Refund will be given after we receive the return package. When you return the item, please be sure that the shipping cost is at your own expense.
Please note that we do not accept return, or exchange if:
Products especially the figures that have been used and more than 5 days after delivery.
Products especially the figures is damaged or has been modified or adjusted.
Products especially the figures without packaging.
Pre-owned Items
Pre-owned items with missing/damaged parts cannot be returned but may be eligible for partial refunds. Partial refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all included accessories. It must also be in the original packaging and kept in the original form as received (sealed pre-owned items must stay sealed).
New Items
All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. If a new, sealed item has been opened, it cannot be returned. Opened items are any products that have had the factory sealed tape removed, or where there is clear evidence the product packaging has been opened.

You should call us or email to info@figurestart.com before return the package.
Since we ship your order directly from Japan there is a chance that you will have to pay import fees in your country (unless you live in the USA). Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. These fees are your responsibility since you are importing goods into your country.
